When Sera looked at the lab results, the results horrified her. Both the normal fruits and the organic fruits were covered in dangerous chemicals that caused cancer and irreversibly damage to the human body.
Sera Kelley is a 34 year old mom to a bright young boy named Jacob “Jakey” Kelley. Sera has been slowly, but steadily pursuing her PhD in Agricultural studies for the past several years. In the meantime, her parents were babysitting Jakey while she spent time at her lab furthering her research.
Sera’s parents would buy fruits for Jakey every week, but just a few months ago, both of Sera’s parents developed Parkinson’s disease while Jakey developed a cough that wouldn’t go away.
“It suddenly dawned on me while working in the lab. From my work, I knew that the local farms used some strong pesticides, but I thought rinsing with water was more than enough to wash them off,” Sera said.
So Sera bought some apples from the local grocery store to take to her lab. She purchased a wide variety of them, both organic and not organic.
“I thoroughly washed all the apples, but when I tested them for pesticides and toxins, ALL of them were covered in chemicals!”
These chemicals caused cancer, Parkinson’s disease, permanent damage to the kidney and liver, and even death.
Not even the organic ones were safe. They too were covered in harmful toxins that refused to come off after a rigorous rinse.
As part of her research, Sera had been studying the effects of a powerful, but supposedly safe, pesticides being tested in the local farms. Clearly, they were not safe. She, and many other Americans, had been led to believe that pesticides and organic foods were safe.
Something had to be done
Sera first conducted a survey of the local population in town and came to a terrifying discovery. A large percentage of the population was suffering from the negative effects of pesticides in their food.
The elderly had a higher-than-normal incidence rate of Parkinson’s disease and a large amount of the children suffered from kidney and live-related medical problems.
Sera tried to go public with her findings but was met with retaliation from… the multi billion dollar corporations who fed America. They had spent billions of dollars promoting ‘organic’ as a safe alternative to their other line of fresh produce. Their hands were dipped in every bucket, and were willing to spend billions to defend their interests.
But Sera wouldn’t be defeated so easily
Sera withdrew from her PhD program to work on her workaround for the ‘stonewall’ issue she was having with corporate agriculture.
She eventually developed PuriProduce, a way for Americans to protect themselves from the dangerous toxins and chemicals that cover our food.
Just released in 2026, it has already sold over a million units and is being called a ‘game-changer’ for the health of millions of Americans. PuriProduce was designed to wash off all manner of toxins, chemicals, dirt, bugs, and bacteria from fruits and vegetables.
“I wish I could have invented this 10 years ago to save my parents from Parkinson’s, but at least I know that I am potentially saving other Americans' lives,” Sera added.
What Is It And How Does It Work?
PuriProduce is vegetable and fruit washing device. It utilizes a unique blend of plain Salt, Electrolysis, and Water to kill 99% of bacteria, flush out bugs, and destroy pesticides.
It’s quite clever, actually. Electrolysis is the process of running a tiny amount of electricity through salt water in order to break down both the salt and the water to create a tiny amount of chlorine.
The chlorine attacks pesticides, bugs, and dirt to dislodge them and break them down. It doesn’t just dislodge the harmful materials, it breaks them down into harmless components. It’s far more effective than just soaking and scrubbing to reach all parts of produce since it turns the water around it into a cleaning solution!
The best part? It’s all safe! The dirty water washes right off with some tap AND the chlorine produced is perfectly safe for ingestion– that is if it ever even gets into your body, after all, it washes right off!
Alternatives like veggie sprays and apple cider vinegar are ridiculously expensive and unreasonably ineffective.
Veggie sprays contain harsh chemicals, leave a weird aftertaste, have a strange smell, and are not one-time purchasable! Throughout the lifetime of just ONE PuriProduce, you could spend more than $1,700 on veggie sprays!
And apple cider vinegar? It’s basically the same story but slightly cheaper than veggies sprays and minus the harsh chemicals. You could end up spending almost $1,000 throughout the lifetime of just ONE PuriProduce!
Both alternatives ruin the taste of fruits and vegetables. One of them contains harsh chemicals while the other has an incredibly overpowering taste that is hard to wash off.
PuriProduce on the other hand is all natural and uses just some salt, water, and electricity. That means no odors and no weird tastes. Even better, it’s a reusable device and that means a one-time purchase that’ll allow you to taste fruits and vegetables as nature intended again and again and again.
“For me, the number one function was to get rid of chemicals. Contrary to popular belief, organic foods DO use pesticides, just not chemical ones. But these ones are just as dangerous and don’t wash off with typical washing methods. Where other methods fail,
PuriProduce succeeds,” Sera commented.
But I had to ask, was this as good as it seemed? What did other people have to say about it?
As mentioned before, PuriProduce has sold MILLIONS of units since release. It seems like much of its success can be attributed to good ‘ol word of mouth rather than a massive advertising campaign.
It made sense given the trouble Sera had encountered at the hands of multi billion dollar agriculture companies back when she was trying to spread the word about how harmful pesticides and organic foods actually were.
I did some searching, and here’s what some people have said about PuriProduce.

It’s also got its fair share of five star reviews, over a few thousand:

“Really, this little thing?” Is what I said when my wife brought home one of these. Our daughter doesn’t like to eat vegetables because they don’t taste good which is normal in my opinion. What’s not normal is my daughter telling us that her tongue hurts when she eats broccoli. Didn’t really know where to start but thank God my wife is definitely the smarter one. She bought a bunch of stuff that didn’t work until she got PuriProduce, which did.

I found out the hard way that organic and not organic doesn’t matter. They both use sprays that cause serious issues in children AND adults but of course it’s more dangerous to children. I’m a preschool teacher at a farming town and a bunch of our kids have developed persistent issues because of bug sprays. So we started using PuriProduce for the after-nap snacks, hoping that it would help the kids, and it has! Absolutely amazing!

I don’t usually write reviews for things and just leave a star rating before moving on. But PuriProduce has been surprisingly good throughout the time I’ve been using it. I’m backpacking through Thailand at the moment, and being able to wash off fruits on the go has been supremely helpful. I also use it to wash smaller things like small trinkets I find on the ground. If you’re thinking of traveling, I 100% recommend this
But there’s gotta be a catch, right?
I wanted to see if PuriProduce was really as good as people said. Sera’s story was certainly compelling and the reviews were spectacular… but are they perhaps TOO spectacular?
I did some more digging after reading Sera’s story, and I read up on various research papers linking pesticide ingestion with degenerative brain diseases as humans age. And I have to say, that’s not a risk I’m willing to take.
Companies and farmers will either tell you that there are only trace amounts of pesticides or that they use all natural pesticides. But think about it, anything that kills another lifeform has got to be harmful to humans at some level, right?
I mean kids are still developing so their livers aren’t capable of filtering out bug sprays. Also, they’re so small that ‘trace amounts’ to adults is definitely not the same to kids. My grandmother suffers from Alzheimer’s and who knows if that’s already in the pipeline for me. I definitely don’t want to add Parkinson’s to the list, that’s for sure.
I don’t have any particular reactions to pesticides (at least I don’t think), but I’m the type to err on the side of caution. So I’m really hoping that PuriProduce can protect my loved ones and me from toxic chemicals in my food.
So without further ado, let’s get into it
PuriProduce arrived in the mail within a few days after I ordered. I opened it up, left it on my countertop, and went out to grab some fruits.
I went to my local grocery store to grab a carton of strawberries, black berries, and raspberries from both the organic and non organic sections. So with that, I went back home with my berries in tow.
So here was my process:
- Split each carton into thirds
- Leave one third alone
- Wash and scrub another third
- Wash the last third with PuriProduce
This way, I’d have a control group, a hand wash group, and a PuriProduce group.
Honestly, I feel like I shouldn’t have bought three types of berries. They’re small and take forever to wash by hand, but it is what it is.
After forty minutes of being hunched over my kitchen sink, I finally finished thoroughly washing each and every berry. I took a fifteen minute breather on my couch before finally going for a visual and taste test.
The “fresh from the store” berries:
Just by doing a scan of the outside, I could see a decent amount of dirt. I laid the berries out on a tray and spread them out in one layer. I tossed them around for a little bit before transferring them to another tray. Left behind in the first tray was some dirt and two or three larger specks that could have been bugs.
I took a handful of each berry and cut ‘em in half to get a cross section. Blueberries looked okay, I think maybe one of them had a small something but I can’t be too sure what exactly it is. The strawberries and raspberries definitely had bugs, the strawberries more than the raspberries. However, the blueberries felt more dusty than the other berries, but maybe that’s just its skin.
The hand washed berries:
The water after washing the berries was pretty clear. There were clumps of dirt and six or so small bugs, but nothing much beyond that. I grabbed a handful of each berry and proceeded to cut them in half.
There didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the blueberries, which was a relief. The strawberries and raspberries, however, are a different story. Three of the raspberries had creepy crawlies present in the middle of the fruit– the water and thorough cleaning had not done much to get rid of them.
And the strawberries? More than just a few of them had these tiny worms crawling around inside. No spiders, thankfully, but I’m not a particular fan of worms either.
The PuriProduce berries:
Right off the bat, the washing water was noticeably yellower than the water from the hand washed berries. There was also more dirt and WAY more bugs floating around in the yuck soup. I grabbed a handful of each berry and cut them in half.
The blueberries were again, in the clear. At this point I thought that maybe I had a really lucky batch of blueberries, so I went ahead and cut open some more of the control group berries. And yeah, I was pretty lucky, it looked like the blueberries were in the clear.
Now this is where it gets interesting, both the strawberries and raspberries didn’t have any bugs. I’m not gonna completely rule out luck and sample size, but the cleaning water DID have more bugs in it– just saying.
Now for taste…
I wasn’t exactly keen on eating the unwashed ones, but I needed some sort of baseline to see if you could actually taste pesticides.
So of the ones I had already cut in half, I picked out the berries with no visible signs of bugs.
This section is a little bit more subjective since it’s related to taste, but I’ll let you know right now that PuriProduce makes a definitive difference. Thorough hand washing DOES help, I’ll be clear.
The hand washed fruits had less bitter afternotes than the unwashed ones, but it wasn’t a huge difference. However, the fruits washed with PuriProduce tasted clearer? I’m not sure what exact words I would use to describe the taste, but the berries tasted more refreshing.
There weren’t any weird aftertastes and do you know that weird sticky feeling in your mouth that sometimes refuses to go away? I get it sometimes when I eat fruits. I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s just this lingering feeling that sits on your tongue. Well, I didn’t get any of that either.
Given the improvement in taste and how much dirtier the water was, it’s safe to say that PuriProduce had done a number on the residual pesticides that were still clinging onto the fruits.
A Surprise…
I sent off a sample of each berry (unwashed, washed, washed with PuriProduce) to my local land grant university. Their agriculture department was kind enough to run some tests to detect pesticides and other toxins. They got back to me the following week and the results were astounding.
With the unwashed berries as the control:
-The berries washed with water reported not even a 30% decrease in pesticides and contaminants
-The berries washed with PuriProduce reports a whopping 99% reduction in pesticides and contaminants!
This blew my mind! I could cut open as many berries as I want and NEVER be able to see the difference in toxin levels. Absolutely incredible.
So, my verdict?
It’s very good! I also didn’t realize how much work it is to wash so many tiny fruits. PuriProduce definitely saved me a whole lot of time, that’s for sure. I dumped the rest of the fruits in a basin with PuriProduce because I sure wasn’t going to hunch over the sink again.
Also, I don’t think I’ve mentioned this yet, but it’s pretty cheap. I mean I thought it was going to be super expensive, but it was only $99.95 from their official website!
I’ve already ordered three to give to my grandparents, nieces, and nephews. I really cannot recommend PuriProduce enough, it works super well and I’m glad I tried it.
